About the Ombudsperson

At SKV Educations Sitapur, we uphold the values of fairness, accountability, and student-first governance. As the Ombudsperson, Dr. Sudhanshu Arunabh Mishra plays a vital role in ensuring that all members of our community— students, faculty, staff, and parents—feel respected, heard, and supported.

Dr. Mishra is an accomplished academic and scholar with a Ph.D. in Education and NET (National Eligibility Test) qualification, currently serving as an Assistant Professor. With his academic insight and principled approach, he offers an independent and confidential platform for addressing concerns and resolving disputes constructively.

Responsibilities of the Ombudsperson

• Address grievances fairly and confidentially.
• Promote ethical practices and respectful dialogue within the institution.
• Provide guidance on institutional policies, rights, and responsibilities.
• Facilitate informal resolution and mediation of conflicts.
• Identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to governance and student welfare.
