GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL

The Grievance Redressal Cell was established to address complaints of students and staff at individual and group levels. The cell aims to maintain a fair and impartial educational environment. Complaints are resolved within a set timeframe and all cases are documented.

PROCEDURE TO REGISTER GRIEVANCE
  1. Students may approach their class mentors or department heads for grievance redressal. Student coordinators also help facilitate resolution.
  2. If unresolved at the departmental level, grievances are forwarded to the institutional Grievance Redressal Cell for further action.
  3. Final resolution may involve the principal or management depending on the nature of the grievance.
