Ragging is strictly prohibited on the college campus. Ragging means disorderly conduct with a student of an educational institution, engaging in any act which causes or is likely to cause physical or bodily harm to that student or which causes apprehension, fear, shame, or embarrassment to that student, and includes:
Teasing, abusing, mocking, or injuring a student;
Asking a student to do or perform any act which the student would not normally do voluntarily.
If any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the authorities, strict action will be taken against the student immediately. Our Proctorial Board oversees not only the code of conduct followed by all students on campus and in our buses, but also their safety while with us during their study program.
